Kylie Murray - Psychologist
Currently accepting new clients
Hi, I’m Kylie. I believe that meaningful change begins with compassion, curiosity, and genuine human connection. My approach is calm, steady, and grounded, creating a space where people feel truly seen, supported, and safe to explore what matters most.
From 2026 I will be offering sessions for both adults and young people (adolescents and children), with the flexibility to choose the environment that feels right for you.
On Tuesday mornings I offer Walk and Talk Therapy at Enoggera Reservoir. Stepping into nature invites a slower rhythm and a deeper sense of ease, helping conversations unfold naturally as we walk alongside the water and trees.
For those who prefer the structure and comfort of an indoor space, in-clinic sessions are available on Monday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. These sessions are designed to be calm, warm, and welcoming, allowing you to settle in and reflect without pressure.
I work with adults and young people experiencing a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, perfectionism, and work or study stress. I take a gentle, person-centred approach, supporting clients to build resilience, strengthen self-understanding, and navigate life with more clarity and confidence.
I have a particular interest in supporting health professionals such as GPs, nurses, and allied health workers who may be experiencing stress, burnout, or compassion fatigue. I also provide affirming, neurodiversity-informed support for individuals with Autism and/or ADHD, honouring both the strengths and the struggles that shape their everyday experiences.
Outside of work I love running, practising pilates, spending time with my family and friends, travelling, reading, and exploring new places. I feel grateful to weave these passions into my work at Sunrise Peak, including our retreats for caring professionals.
I look forward to meeting you.
