Drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ken offers a calm, practical and down-to-earth approach to therapy. He has extensive experience supporting people from blue-collar industries and high-pressure work environments, helping individuals navigate challenges that can impact their wellbeing, relationships and sense of identity.
Ken also has a strong interest in men's mental health and enjoys working with clients who may be new to therapy or unsure where to start. For those who prefer being outdoors, he can also incorporate nature-based and walk-and-talk approaches where appropriate.

She creates fun and personalised exercise programs to help children grow stronger, improve their coordination, and feel more confident in their bodies. Chloe has a special interest in child development, managing hypermobility and supporting children with ADHD and ASD through movement-based strategies. She also provides parent education to help families better understand their child’s condition and how to support their development at home.
