Erin Wilson

Psychologist and Educational and Developmental Registrar

Commencing 29 June 2026 with Immediate Availability

Hi, I’m Erin. I’m a psychologist with a calm, empathic, creative and nurturing approach.

I love working alongside children, adolescents, adults and families who are navigating concerns and/or mental health challenges.

I have an interest in addressing anxiety, low mood, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, social concerns, and parenting practices. I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals to understand their neurotype (e.g. autistic, ADHD, AuDHD), honouring their strengths and navigating challenges across school, work, relationships, and life transitions, including the perinatal period.

My approach to therapy is flexible and collaborative, incorporating arts and crafts- based strategies, particularly when working with younger individuals and those new to therapy. I aim to create a safe space where clients feel heard, valued, and able to be themselves.

I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and the Circle of Security framework. I also value working closely with families, schools, and allied health professionals to support meaningful and consistent care.

For those who enjoy spending time outdoors or prefer a less structured setting, I will be offering Walk and Talk Therapy later in 2026.

Outside of work, I love walking, camping, spending time with my dogs and cat, reading, practising pilates, travelling, and cooking.

I look forward to meeting you.
