Exhale
Commences - 16 July
A small group for teens who often feel overwhelmed, anxious or constantly “on.” Exhale provides a calm, supportive space to slow things down, understand what’s driving anxiety and learn practical strategies to manage it.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches, young people will build skills to cope with anxious thoughts, regulate their bodies and feel more in control day to day.
Suits: Young people aged approximately 10–16 years (flexible depending on suitability)
Duration: 6 weekly sessions
Day: Tuesday evenings
Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Basecamp
Commences - 4 August
A foundational group for children and young people who experience big emotions and are still learning how to manage them.
Basecamp helps participants understand emotions, recognise what they are feeling, and learn simple, effective strategies to calm their body and respond in helpful ways.
This group provides a gentle introduction to emotional awareness and regulation in a safe and supportive environment.
Suits: Young people aged approximately 8-15 (flexible depending on suitability)

Recharge
Commences - 27 August
A group for teens experiencing low mood, reduced motivation, or withdrawal from usual activities.
Recharge supports young people to better understand how mood works and to gradually re-engage with life in manageable steps.
Using strategies such as behavioural activation, and motivational approaches, participants will build momentum, increase confidence, and reconnect with activities that support their wellbeing.

Circle
Commences - 15 October
A supportive group for children and teens who would benefit from building confidence in friendships and social situations.
Circle focuses on developing practical interactions with peers in a way that feels natural and respectful of each young person’s individual style.
With a neuroaffirming approach, participants will explore communication, boundaries and connection, while building confidence in navigating peer relationships.

Level Up
Commences - 27 October
A group for teens ready to build on their emotional regulation skills and develop greater resilience.
Level Up introduces practical strategies to help young people manage intense emotions, reduce reactivity and respond more effectively in challenging situations.
The focus is on building confidence, independence and stronger coping skills for everyday life.
Suits: Young people aged approximately 12–17 years (flexible depending on suitability)
Duration: 6 weekly sessions

Fees
Cost: $180 per session* or $1,000 upfront payment (includes $80 discount) Rebates: Medicare Group Therapy rebate (where eligible)** and NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed) * A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking when selecting the payment plan option. Remaining fees must be finalised prior to commencement of the program. ** Medicare group rebates are currently approximately $36.85 per session with a valid Mental Health Care Plan and referral. To claim the rebate, group numbers must remain within Medicare requirements (generally 4–10 participants). Rebates are not guaranteed and eligibility is determined individually.Please note that enrolment is for the full 6-week program, as each session builds upon the previous week’s content and therapeutic skills. Due to the small group format (12 maximum) and limited places available, refunds or make-up sessions are generally not available for missed sessions, non-attendance or withdrawal after commencement. We strongly encourage families to consider attendance and availability prior to booking to ensure participants are able to gain the greatest benefit from the program.
