Georgia D'Andrea
Dietitian
Availability from 8 September 2026
Georgia is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping people feel more confident and comfortable around food. While she works with people across all stages of life, she particularly enjoys working with children and families and helping make food and mealtimes feel a
little less stressful.
Georgia sees children from around 3 years of age and has a special interest in fussy eating, ARFID, food allergies and intolerances, constipation and other gut concerns, as well as vegetarian and vegan
diets. She also enjoys supporting children and adults with feeding challenges associated with ADHD and autism, including sensory sensitivities, limited food preferences and difficulties around
mealtimes.
Alongside her work in paediatrics, Georgia supports adults with a range of nutrition concerns, including IBS, IBD, coeliac disease, fertility, pregnancy and breastfeeding, diabetes, high cholesterol,
heart disease and other chronic health conditions. She also has an interest in nutrition following bariatric surgery, binge eating and helping people work towards a more positive relationship with
food.
Georgia takes a relaxed, practical and individualised approach to nutrition. She understands that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to eating and takes the time to understand each person's preferences, lifestyle, experiences and goals. Rather than focusing on strict rules or perfection, she works with clients to find realistic strategies that can fit into everyday life.
Georgia particularly enjoys working alongside parents, families and other allied health professionals and believes that good nutrition support is about much more than just food - it's about helping people feel supported, understood and confident in their own choices.
