Winter Rest and Digest
A nature connection group for psychologists.
As psychologists, we spend so much of our time supporting others that it can be easy to overlook our own wellbeing. Over time, that can leave us feeling depleted, disconnected and with less energy for the people and activities that matter most.
Spending time in nature has been shown to reduce stress, lower cortisol, support cardiovascular health and help us feel calmer, more present and more connected with ourselves. Looking after our own wellbeing isn't a luxury. It's part of being able to continue showing up for the people we support.
Join Kylie Murray for an hour to pause, reset and reconnect.
Together you will experience a gentle nature-based practice, compassion-focused reflection and the opportunity to connect with other like-minded psychologists in a beautiful natural setting.
