Zoe Petruzzelli

Psychologist

Commencing 30 July 2026

Zoe is a compassionate psychologist who works with adolescents (16+) and adults, offering both in-person sessions on Thursday.

She provides evidence-based, client-centred psychological therapy, creating a space where clients can express thoughts and feelings they might not feel safe sharing elsewhere, no judgement, no agenda, just genuine mental health support designed entirely around them. Her approach is warm, authentic, and grounded in real connection; she believes that when people truly feel safe and heard, something meaningful can happen, they open up, and that's where the real work begins. Each session is tailored to the client's unique needs, moving at their pace, toward what matters most to them.

With a broad perspective drawn from private practice, health, government, and forensic settings, Zoe supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, and the emotional weight that often accompanies physical health conditions. She has a genuine interest in holistic wellbeing and the mind-body connection, incorporating mindfulness practices into her work where they fit. Zoe knows that reaching out takes real courage, and focuses on making that step feel worthwhile from the very first contact.

Together, clients explore their values, strengths, and practical strategies with Zoe, not to arrive at a fixed destination, but to find a way of living that feels more grounded and true to who they are.
