As we move into our new Ashgrove clinic, we are looking to connect with thoughtful, values-aligned practitioners who are committed to high-quality, evidence-based care and who value professionalism, authenticity and genuine human connection. We welcome practitioners from a range of allied health and medical backgrounds and aim to foster an environment that balances autonomy with collaboration. Our space has been intentionally designed to feel calm, welcoming and reflective of the work we do, with opportunities for connection, peer support, multidisciplinary collaboration and future growth.
Consult Room Rental Available
Consult room rental is available within our warm and welcoming allied health space at our new practice at 9 Ashgrove Avenue, Ashgrove.
We are seeking allied health or medical professionals to join our growing multidisciplinary environment from 29 June 2026.
The room would be particularly well-suited to:
- Occupational Therapists
- Speech Pathologists
- Dietitians
- Physiotherapists
- Exercise Physiologists
- Counsellors
- Social Workers
- Massage Therapists
- Mental Health Professionals (i.e. GP / Psychiatrist, Mental Health Nurse Practitioners)
- Other allied health or medical practitioners
Available:
- Monday to Saturday
- Flexible setup options depending on practitioner needs
- Reception and admin support available
- WiFi and utilities
- Access to all shared spaces, including kitchen, reception, gym and outdoor deck area
- Free use shared spaces for groups or workshops, including use of the TV for presentations
- Free use of gym equipment when not in use with our Exercise Physiologist
- Basic consumables (tissues, snacks, kitchen items, etc.)
- Signage and social media exposure can be arranged to promote your business
- Access to peer supervision monthly, pending demand
- 10% discount on Sunrise Peak retreats
- Client parking is available on-site
- Warm, calm and professionally designed environment
- Convenient Ashgrove location with nearby with additional parking and cafés
The room is currently unfurnished, allowing flexibility to tailor the setup and furnishing style to suit the practitioner and the type of work being undertaken.
We are hoping to create a collaborative and supportive environment with practitioners who value professionalism, warmth and high-quality client care.

Expressions of Interest – Allied Health Team Members
We are currently taking expressions of interest from allied health and medical professionals interested in joining Sunrise Peak Psychology and Adventure Therapy under a service agreement arrangement.
We are particularly interested in clinicians who are:
- warm, relational and client-centred; committed to evidence-based practice;
- interested in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment; and
- seeking a sustainable and flexible approach to private practice.
We welcome interest from psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, social workers, counsellors, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and other allied health or medical professionals.
Clinicians have flexibility in how they work and may choose to provide:
- in-clinic services;
- telehealth;
- walk-and-talk sessions; or
- nature-based or group-based programs where appropriate.
For clinicians interested in expanding into outdoor therapy or group programs, support and mentoring can also be provided.
Our goal is to build a team culture that feels supportive, collaborative and sustainable long-term, while still allowing practitioners autonomy and flexibility in how they practise.
